JetInsight Crew Itinerary PDF Import
Add one or more PDFs, preview chronological legs and warnings, then apply verified itinerary fields to the current trip. This replaces the current trip's legs; save your work first. Fuel quantities, burn, ZFW, prices, methods and fees remain manual entries. PDF reader requires internet access.

1. Aircraft & trip setup
Blue-bordered fields are pilot inputs. Gray fields populate automatically from the aircraft reference table.
Saved trips remain on your computer. Save New Version creates a separate file. Your current draft is retained in this browser where supported.
2. Baseline trip data — enter once
Gather dispatch and flight-plan information here before comparing fuel plans. Fuel prices and fees apply at the departure airport for each leg.
3. Fuel planning — pounds are the only purchase inputs
Each plan is independent. Enter the desired purchase in pounds directly in that plan's column. Every downstream leg updates automatically. Gallons and fees are calculated from baseline data.
Flight Data Card
Use the flight information already entered above to create a printable Data Card.
Flight Data Card
Based on Worksheet 2, “Data Card for Trips.” Complete flight data in the Fuel Planner before printing. Fuel figures reflect the selected plan.
Quick Fuel Calculator
Enter fuel quantities in pounds and the current whole-number temperature. Fuel density is calculated automatically.
Update & Data Transfer
Installed application: v0.31a (pilot evaluation release)
This offline HTML file cannot install or download software updates by itself. An administrator distributes a replacement HTML file. Use the steps below to carry your current working trip and reference records between versions or browsers.
1. Save any important trips individually using Save Trip. 2. Select Export Transfer Backup below and keep the downloaded JSON file. 3. Open the newer HTML file, return here, and choose Import Transfer Backup. 4. Verify aircraft, pilots, methods, and trip values before use.
Important limitations
The transfer backup contains the current working trip and aircraft, fueling methods, and pilot contacts. It does not collect previously downloaded trip JSON files, browser history, or other files. Keep individual trip files separately. Import replaces the current working trip and reference lists after your confirmation. No data is sent over the internet. Keep backups secure because they contain pilot contact information.
Administration
Administrative reference management — v0.31a. Aircraft, fuel purchase methods, and pilot directory can be edited below. Changes are saved locally in this browser; back up reference data before making changes. Application updates remain a future feature.
Aircraft
Maintain the approved aircraft list, fuel capacity, and fueling method.
Fuel Purchase Methods
Maintain the approved fueling-method selections.
Pilot Directory
Review and maintain pilot names, telephone numbers, and email addresses.
Updates
Installed version: v0.31a. Prepare approved changes for participating pilots.
Administration
Changes apply to this browser's reference database. Back up reference data before changing aircraft or pilot records. Administration access in this local HTML is not secure authentication; reference changes should be made only by an authorized administrator. Pilot-only editing restrictions require a trusted administration process.
